Post: How to get started in San Antonio TX

I am looking for those closer in my area to help give me an idea of what the markets are in the city. I am looking to be an investor and work a part time job, could lead into full time, to further my knowledge to invest in real estate.

How do I find those in my area to give me expertise and advice to get started and lead towards finding a mentor?

When searching for a job that correlates to RE, what should I look into?

At 19 years old, what are the things I absolutely must do to make the most of my time?

@David Oldenburg How would you suggest I start to find investors in my area to give me the chance to learn from them?

Before putting an arm and a leg into the real estate investing pool myself, how do I find investors to learn from and mentor me? Learning from someone with experience would help anyone wanting to be more knowledgeable I am more than willing to learn what I can on my own and also put in the work a mentor would want me to, I just need to know where to start to find them in my area.

and also, are there other ways to easily create relationships with those in construction?
