Stop claiming RACISM when there wasnt any.   If seller was genuinely racist he wouldnt have dealt with you in the first place.    Its the Nigeria part that got him uptight. 

White, Asian or African if you Nigerian the hairs on my ears pop to attention.

TRY GOOGLING number one scam country on the planet...........................lol.

In my long career i hesitate to do business with Gypsies Red, Black, Purple Green, or Polka dotted ones.

I say going from initial $25k initial stake  to income of $60,000 is pie in the sky kind of stuff.   Can it be done SURE.  But not likely.

 Many of those who have done it surely werent stating with 2019 prices.

Mr Cardone is offering mentorships for guess how much------$20k-$25k.      Going BIG is a different kind of mindset.  

Wait till you own property for 20 plus years the $10,000 plus caPex expenses will be real.  And most like not just one thing.

Dont kid yourself folks. When recession hits your local Holiday Inn will hurt and so will STR operators.

Its unhealthy rationalization to say everybody else will hurt but NOT me.............................lol.  It all depends what you paid.  The guys who paid $120k will sail thru, the guys who paid  $250k will become holics of alcohol.

Sell the house and split the proceeds between the owners.

You walk away.  Thats the way to help out.  Your way seems shady.   For $13,000 you get a free n clear home?   Are the cousins uneducated as to what equity is?
