I have a service I would like to market to R.E Brokers.  I am in need of a good source for a Real Estate Broker email list and a source that will handle the email campaign. I spoke with Someone at www.real-estate-agent-lists.com they seemed ok. Has anyone done business with them before? 

If anyone has a  recommendation for Email List and Campaign management please help.

So I talked to Us Bank and they said that they put the package together for me and that I have to become an approved investor. The guy said he does his "due diligence" and if I am approved to buy from them, he will send me a package????

He also said that I must be willing to buy over the USA and that they will put the package together

Any thoughts on this?

Where you don't have to fund escrow for the AB portion of an AB-BC transaction. I was told to use a nationwide tittle company? is that the name of the company?

Any recommendations for a good title company?
