@Sean Wilt. I started adding in a leave a review message the day they leave and at the bottom saying something like: We strive for 5 star service and that anything below 5 stars is essentially a negative review because it effects our ratings pretty quick! I have it worded way better than that...but basically at the bottom explain that 4 stars actually hurts! Especially if your a new host trying to get super host status! Airbnb sucks more and more every tear. This was the worst slow season and all my savings is gone! Aggg...I’m a co-host so I don’t own any properties. I just virtually manage them and cleaners.

Hi...I’ve been researching and reading about wholesaling and really want to jump off into the investment world. I’m a little stuck trying to figure out the right kind of contract of assignment I need to use in Washington State. Apparently, we can’t use the standard purchase and sake agreement. One investor said I have to put it into a land trust and then do the wholesale deal. Can someone please help clarify to me how I legally wholesale in Washington state? Thanks

@Ruth Bayang Hi...can we connect? I’ve been doing a ton of research on how to do wholesale deals, but not sure how to do them in Washington! Seriously eager to learn. :)

@Billy Lakkham. Hi..Are you still wholesaling in Washington state? I’ve been doing a lot of research and wanting to get started, but not sure exactly how to do it in Washington. :). Eager to learn!

Hi...I’m trying to figure out what the laws are in Washington state regarding wholesaling. Can someone help me?

@Josue Vargas I think your cash flow goal per property should be at least $400 a month. $50 there’s no margin of error. You can make A lot more than that!!! Good luck!!
