@Matthew Ward hi. What is the typical financial requirements you need?
@Salvatore Lentini. Do you know a lender that finances in jersey?
@Chris Gallo hi Chris. My husband and I are just starting out. I am a strategist by trade now and have done a good amount of research on the economical influx with the real estate market. The only obstacle we currently face is the funding. We own a primary residence that we just purchased so a heloc would not prove fruitful. My family are contractors so we would have their assistance in the rehab of the homes we acquire. My question to summarize is, do you know hard money lenders looking to work with newbies who have a proven professional track record just lacking the full real estate experience? We have already found one property that is approximately 75k, requires approximately 90k Reno and the ARV compared with neighboring comps is 280k minus holding and realtor expenses. Sorry so long winded. I appreciate your anticipated reply.
Hi all. My husband and I are just starting out. Does anyone have advice regarding the New Jersey market?
@Vernell D Watson hi. Who is your lender if you don’t mind me asking?
@Mayer M. Hello. Do you happen to know hard money lenders in the New Jersey area?
Hello. My husband and I would like to start investing in fix and flip properties. Can anyone offer advice? Do we need to form a company to work with hard money lenders? Who is the beat hard money lender?
