@Joseph Cornwell Hey Joe! Thanks for the reply and I totally agree with you! I do not have another deal lined up or any to pursue yet so that would mean if sold I would have to pay cap gains. Thanks for putting things into perspective for me!! It's a great help!

@Gordon Mcfarland Hey there! Thanks for the reply! Yes Lombard is not too far away. The property is in the garnsey area of Joliet. Rents are relatively high there and taxes are low! I totally agree about regretting selling it years down the road! It's a money maker!
