@CJ M. Seriously? Thats very brave I don't think I'll ever be at that level! Props to you! I have to get atleat 10-15 doors cashflowing around 300 per month to quit my job which isn't bad in my opinion...very feasible! Thanks for your reply!

@Shawn Bhatti props to you it sounds like you're on your way to some great returns!! The area isn't my first choice but its a b-/c+neighborhood. The rents are relatively high and the need is there! Thanks for your reply! What state are you investing in? Property taxes in Illinois are on the high side so thats one pitfall.
