Hit the pavement hard! I have been having great success with open houses, door knocking, etc.  I recently sold a home from an open house, which everyone tells me is so rare... I also got a ton of leads this way.  The more you are involved and people see you out and in person the more likely you will get a strong lead.  I also would not let anyone know your new unless they specifically ask!!
