I'm in the process in buying my first property. Got about 16k saved doing fha. I'm finding a few decent deals that I like but I think looking at every one is time consuming. I just want to know if its a good idea to offer on a home before looking at it and backing out if I don't want it. Have any of you done that ? Thanks

looking for advice from investors in vegas, i just want to know if any of you guys invest in the east side (sunrise manor),
if not and what areas are you investing in and what strategies do you use? rent by room on air bnb, if so, how is it around that area? Planning on buying my first property in 2 to 3 months and house hacking it. saving a little bit more money so i can afford a home around 250k. i have my certificate for pre approval already for 210k.
