Real University worked for me. I took the online course it took me about a month. I passed the state test with no problems, I think Raymond does a good job of teaching. It's basically a recording of one of his live classes with quizzes on each chapter and a text book. There are 3 tests you must pass to get your certificate.

First step is to pass the 90 prelicense course. You can find a list of schools here...

 http://www.in.gov/pla/3682.htm

Not all of them offer online so you have to sort through them. I am currently taking the course online at Real University and I'm almost done. I know Tucker has an online course too not sure of how many any others do.

I can't speak for any other school but at Real University it was pretty simple signed up for the course and they mail you a book. The lectures are online from any device it has 3 tests that you have to pass and also has a quiz after each chapter. There are also quizzes you can take in the book after you read each chapter.

My name is James, I am from Morristown Indiana. I currently hold a full time job and want to start investing part time. I am here to learn from and network with as many people as I can. I have a strong desire to get into investing with fix and flip and buy and hold strategies. I believe I already have most of what it takes to get started now. Not looking to get rich quick or even get rich, I just want to build a level of security and financial freedom.
