@Brit Hale I think the intent of his reply was to illlustrate a reference to light cosmetic work may require a permit. I don’t think that painting would require a permit.

It’s valuable to have other members insight and participation in these forums as it helps educate us all on some of the idiosyncrasies that might exist through the United States.

@Bryan Devitt I don’t believe any would require for painting. However, I think you were trying to illustrate that this is more along the lines of light cosmetic work. Thank you for being part of the discussion.

Who’s hungry? I am

Tired of not being able to live your best life? I am

Looking for people who go after it? I am

Watching the opportunities slip away? I am

I want to start building an amazing portfolio... yesterday. There are opportunities to be had. I have a plethora of bootstrap and professional experience.

I want to put together a team. A team that desires a local start and then expand those efforts regionally as well as nationally. I need people that want to help shoulder the load. To kick it high gear today and not tomorrow. People that want to go get it and not wait for it to come to them.

Who’s with me? Want to make something out of nothing? Here’s your bat... what are YOU going to do with it? Hold it? Swing it?

@MaTaylie Beganovic interesting and I’m guessing you do need permission to post a sign with a commercial intent. I know political candidates have issues with posting their campaign signs on public right of way. I know there was one, in the last election cycle, that had people tearing their signs down because they were perceived to be on public right of way. Come to find out, that they actually had secured permission from the land owner.

I have heard of companies that want to post signs and they go to a landowner and ask if they can pay them a small monthly fee to post on their property. Think of it as a billboard sort of relationship.

Best of luck to you and good to see other people from Fargo, ND gracing this site.

@Nick Geraghty thank you for sharing your background. It’s good to see people on here Dom Fargo. I’m new to this adventure and have secured an investor for the Moorhead, MN market but eagerly want to expand other places.

I am a self employed General Contractor with a plethora of energy and talent. I’m tired of being poor so I’m eager to blow this opportunity out of the water. Let me know if you’re interested in connecting.

Be warned, I’m looking for people that are autonomous in being able to go after resources and opportunities. I’m not looking for someone that needs to be handled.
