Hello!

I am working with Wael Georgey @propertiesintown.com in Orlando. Also the figueroateam.com has been super responsive to me in Orlando. Good luck with your investing!

Hello Bigger Pockets,

My name is Jim Sorge, and I have been getting serious about REI for the past year. I finished my first live-in-flip this past September (details below) and I am excited to take my next steps. This summer I am going to be living a nomadic lifestyle, so I am taking this winter/spring to build systems and develop relationships to successfully invest long distance. The markets I am starting to focus on are Orlando, FL and Charlotte, NC using BRRRR.

Thanks to all the members who have already answered my questions, What a great community!

Jim

Live-In-Flip~Philadelphia

$245k Purchase Price

~$50k Renovation * (I learned the importance of tracking expenses during the middle of the project, so this is a ball park estimate)

$510k Sale Price

3 years part time and one year full time on the project.

Post: Finding a CPA for a nomad investor

Good morning!

I just recently completed my first live-in-flip and my family is getting ready to live a nomadic life style for a year or more. I am going to continue to move forward in my investing career during that time (through BRRRR), and want to start my team to support my effort.

What advice does anyone have for looking for a CPA who can work with a geodynamic investor? What key questions should I be asking? Specific recommendations are also welcome!

Thanks,

Jim
