For the past week, I've been consuming as much info as possible here on Bigger Pockets, and I cannot say enough about how helpful this forum has been. 

My name is Stephanie and I am a newbie real estate investor based in Florida.  

I am looking to flip homes and purchase properties (preferably SFH) for short and long-term rentals.

I am also looking for agents who work with investors in the following areas: Orlando, Jacksonville, Cape Coral, and Atlanta.
