Hey Scott,

Love your Set for Life book.  It became one of the books I buys as a Christmas gift for my friends, and really opened their eyes.  Thanks for everything you and BP do in changing lives.

Thanks for the advice, I will look into getting the series 65 license.  Getting close to that threshold and hoping to be over $1M before the $200K option would kick in.

Greetings BP Family,

I'm looking for recommendations on reputable multi-family or self-storage sponsors with a good track record, that allow for Non-Accredited ducklings (hopefully only for a few more years).  I know these articles get posted every now and then, just seeing if anyone has new info.

I travel a lot for work and enjoy what I do so I'm looking for things more passive as sometimes I don't always have reliable internet, or in a position to respond to emergencies so I am looking for the more hands off the better.  And that is what drew me to syndications.

So if anyone knows the secret handshakes to meet the shadowy people I would apricate it.

Best regards,

James

@Jonathan Pavkov

In the end probably all three. But right now a tax strategists is probably who I need to talk with first and figure out the correct path to take.

Greetings,

I'm looking for recommendations for an accountant that would have knowledge regarding s-corp and K1 reporting with a few curve balls thrown in, as everyone's situation is different. Familiar with either Tennessee or Florida regulations.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best regards,

James

I run one in Northshore and has been good.  But finding someone to manage (if you need it) is not that great.  I was seeing 50-70% occupancy, but my home has a lot of steps so bit of a deficiency there.  I know a few people in Chattanooga that all have reported great success.

Sorry this doesnt help with the Red Bank area though.  You could also take a look into corporate housing for Travelling Nurses/Doctors and others.  As they are leased for longer than 30 days it doesnt fall under the STVR rules.  But I dont know the success rate it has, as I have just begun to investigate it for Chattanooga.

Hey Thomas,

I don't have it purchased yet.  If you don't mind sharing that would be a great help.

Thanks, I'm stoked about it.  Bjorn was/is awesome in helping me get through it all to being able to lock it down.
