hey all,  

what does everyone think about the 3rd Sunday of the month at 5pm.  we can do it at the Great Dane in Fitchburg or if someone else has a better idea please feel free to interject.  i am hoping to start the first on sunday november, 21st at 5pm.  let me know.

thanks for your response.  i think this is becoming better than i figured.  i actually was thinking doing one Sunday a month.  i was thinking about how i would try to make the schedule so this was easy for all involved.  i would sincerely appreciate feedback on what time would work for the people that will be involved.  just so i can start to make the schedule sooner than later.  thanks all,  this is really encouraging.  the way i would like this to go is to have people bring specific questions and stories to bounce off the group so the less experienced can get a chance to listen and ask questions.  so please feel free to help with the schedule.  i was thinking doing it at like 5ish on the sundays.  what are your thoughts??

this is precisely what im looking to do in the Madison are on a Sunday for maybe an hour or so.  i am by no means a seasoned vet yet, but i think by getting some like minded people together to discuss success and errors would prove beneficial to all involved.  especially on a much smaller scale.  also the networking doesn't hurt.everyone can become colleagues with each other and can send what they think would work best for a weekend time and date.  let me know thoughts and we will get this figured out.

we certainly plan on getting involved with the REIA in the near future. this is far less formal of a request. i do thank you all the same.

i am currently trying to get together with other investors in my area.  if anyone in madison has a little time to meet up or even have a phone conversation, it would be useful and greatly appreciated.  dont get me wrong, these forums are great but i would love to actually talk to another investor, for ideas or just to meet other like-minded people to start bouncing ideas off of.  send me a message and i will certainly respond.
