We focus on wholesale and and rehab on the shoreline in New London County. Prefer to have properties that are distressed or have absentee owners. Anything under 250k and off double yellow roads.

We've been sending out allot of direct mail to possible leads in our area and constantly looking for more. Anyone in the state of CT have any leads or deals they know of? Really building a good list of contacts and properties around the county.
