Enis, Worcester is a great cash flow area, property values to rent rates make for a great return on investment.  What neighborhood is the six family in? I recommend the lake ave area of Worcester/UMASS medical neighborhood.  The hospital and medical school along with it bordering Shrewsbury provide stability for rent rates and property values. Hope to meet you at one of the meetings.

Hello Bigger Pockets community, I am new too the site and from worcester mass.  I am a licensed CPA in the state of mass as well as a licensed real estate salesperson.  Currently I own one two family property in the lake ave/umass rental area.  My goal in real estate is to purchase more multi family properties renovate them and rent out these units.  Right now I am working on increasing my capital for my next purchase.  I hope to learn from the real estate knowledge presented one this site, and network within my area.
