For what it's worth, you can buy water meters for between 55.00 and 100.00, depending on plastic or brass. From there you would have to separate water pipes. This may be simple or complex, depending a number of factors: Basement? Units running from a trunk line to bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

The electric would be more involved, especially if the circuits were not separated, as has already been said. I have a duplex that had 1 meter, but two panels (1 feeding the other), so it was simple (after rerouting locations of drops because of window placements). I am glad I did it, saved me from the hassle every month.

A plus 1 for Allure as well. They make it look like hardwood, of course, I use in bed rooms, living rooms and halls. They also make it look like tile, I like that for kitchens and baths. It does not care about water. It is easy to install.

As far as wear goes, I have seen it wear out after about 3 to 4 years in a halfway house. This facility houses between 100 and 150 people generally, and we use allure in the dinning rooms. They are what I would call a high traffic area for sure. I would also have to say that the allure was not the first floor that we used in the dining rooms, we have used commercial tile, as well as sheet goods. The allure has held up better than them. The allure will scratch though, you would want to make sure that you use chairs with felt feet that is if had any control over that.

Bootz bathtubs, steel, white, plain tub. I will only use Moen facets. The tub/shower mixer valve use a cartrage that is easy to change out (20 minutes), takes longer to drive to property. They have been using this vale for over 25 years.

What type of repairs are you looking for? I may be able to recommend different contractors, depending of the scope of work you are looking for.

I am not a lawyer, and do not play one on TV. In my opinion I would say that no, you are not on the hook for the loan on the truck. I would expect, however that you would not be able to register it, or drive it legally without registering it, so I would think it does not have a lot of value intel you straighten out what ever lean may be on the truck. I would contact the DMV and explain how the truck was left on the property and ask what you need to do to get a replacement title. With should the lien holder and you may be able to work something out with them.

You need to get the lean removed and they need to know where the truck as to be able to do anything. I would think you should be able to work out a deal.

Good luck.
