It was a 4BR/1BA house. Owner converted one bedroom to a dining room off the living room, so it is now a 3BR/1BA, 1,000 sq foot house. Floor is parquet hardwood and with a refinish could look really nice. Needs paint, some drywall patching and major cleanup in bathroom. Kitchen cabinets seem in fair and could be brought up to decent shape.

Property is professionally maintained, in very good condition... needs no repairs. Currently rented under Section 8. Great cashflow, perfect property for a buy and hold investor.
