Hi, my name is James Alston. My partner is Johnpaul Moses. We are "The House Guys." We have been investing in real estate since 2001, and we focus our efforts on wholesaling contracts on properties. 

I am here to start putting our deals out to the market on Bigger Pockets! We typically wholesale anywhere from 4-7 off market, steeply discounted contracts on properties per month, and we are looking to ramp that up to 7-10 a month.
