Hello everyone this is my first post.

I'm looking to do some co-wholesaling/JV in my area in MD. I have several cash buyers that want multi-family units, but since I have only focused on SFR I don't have any leads. Well I put the call out for other wholesalers in some of the area REIA is my area and have recieved quite a few responses.

So my question is,...what type of contract should I use so that I have an equitable interested in the property?? I don't think anything fishy will happen, but I just want to be sure I'm protected.

Could someone shoot me some forms you may have used or instruct me in how to alter a assignment contract. Are there any clauses I should absolutely have, etc...

All advice is greatly appreciated!!

thanks

James
