@Nick Rutkowski that's great info! So to funnel the leads did you use ads through FB, Google, and Craigslist?

And was the ad like a "fake" deal to get them to import their info on the landing page?

@Brian Garrett that is true, though I haven't got one of those yet. I will eventually but right now as a newbie I'm focused on one thing which is building a buyer's list. Thanks!
