Hi @Marshall Paton What size of multi family are you thinking? I know for large multi family a few people use Pat Abel, she has closed on many multi family around Regina and Sask. She also owns a property management company “Regency Property Management and Real Estate Inc.” We used Pat when we were trying to buy a 12 unit but didn’t work out. Yes that’s right it’s Profits in the Prairies. Free for your first time and $50 after that. Or can sign up for the membership and get discount for multi family apartments and other stuff I believe. I have been a few times. Great value sometimes others not so much. Summer is my busy time so don’t make it to many. If someone wants more information about this shoot me a message.
