We are rehabbers and I need to buy 2 more properties in the next month. Properties should be single family homes in San Bernardino County, CA. If you have anything in Hesperia, Victorville or Apple Valley let me know as I am local and know the market!

We need homes at a price below 73% ARV, approval of funds available upon request and we are ready to move! The better your price is, the more properties I will buy from you. If you are a wholesaler in the area, please add me to your buyers list.
