The owner moved out of state for work, just wants it sold with some money in his pocket. This would be a good deal for a wholesaler or a buy and hold since the rent has been rising so much.

I am relocating for work to League City, TX, and would really like to enter into a Lease Option instead of renting. My credit is poor at the moment due to lack of work, but my new job has a salary of $47,000 per year with bonuses on top of that. I will make payments with no issues, I just need to partner with someone that has a property in the area. 

If you don't have property in this area but you know someone that might, please tag them. I will be moving to the area from California within 2 weeks.
