Thanks @Sharon Vornholt. This is good information. How do you categorize your data base?

Hi guys,

@Sharon Vornholt you said ,

"Something like 85% of your DEALS will come on or after the 5th contact." I was wondering what data program you use to track all of your leads?

Great original question @Max H.

Hi, my name is James Ehrig. I am extremely exiting about finding and becoming a member of biggerpockets. I am looking forward to the endless possibilities of networking and knowledge acquired here. I am new to investing. I currently own one property. A duplex: I in one side and rent out the other. I am going to start in the wholesaling business; there I have currently started a direct mail campaign to preforeclosures and probates. I need to increase my marketing and improve techniques. I do not know any other investors or wholesalers, as a result, sometimes I feel like the process is taking too long or sometimes I feel uneasy about the next step. I have had to be very resourceful to come this far. Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
