Thanks for the help. I have been showing properties and leasing them for about a year now and really enjoy it. I live close to all the properties so whenever I have an appointment I ask the prospective tenant to call me when they are at the property. This nearly eliminates any "no shows."

Hi all, I'm helping my parents with their rental properties and I have a question about screening tenants. Which questions do you ask over the phone so you can weed out people before you waste your time showing them an apartment in which they would not qualify?
