yea i'm about to try my luck with it. Got a deal off a bandit sign and now I'm gonna take that marketing money and try with texts. You can also connect batchleads with twilio via zappier in order to do RVM/Voice broadcasting as well. Gonna try with the texts first though.

@Ryne Lambert have you had any luck with finding out if callfire gives you the same problem that you've been having with Slybroadcast? Thanks

@Mitchell Lee martin are you still using message com? I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything. I'm looking for a service for when the phone rings and the seller picks up the phone, I have a 30-50 second message. Any ideas?

I'm looking to get started in RE Wholesaling as well, and currently calling around trying to find a RE that specializes in wholesaling. Are the cashbuyerninja.com forms that Maurice posted sufficient?

Also looking for a good wholesaling attorney in the Atlanta area. Thanks

I agree with the posts, I live south of Atlanta and a lot of these areas are very run down. Pittsburgh is where a lot of the people dispersed after the projects near Edgewood were torn down. From my understanding, it's better to start in REInvesting in B class neighborhoods versus C class. Just my 2 cents! Good luck

Great insight, thanks guys. I'm planning on getting a multiplex (4 units or less) with an FHA loan and house-hacking within a year. I have to first save up around 10-5 grand for the down payment (looking to spend around 250k. I was thinking in the Decatur area (most of my family is south of the city) but I know I need to look more so in areas that are growing rapidly.
