Thanks for the shout out @Micki M. Unfortunately, @Huy N. and @Matthew Botos, I'm booked through mid-September. Anyone looking for some time between Sept. 17 and the first of October is welcome to PM me. 

I actually teach a class on Airbnb right now and love talking about it to anyone. (Just ask my wife, who's heard more than she cares to.) The primary residence rule in Denver's regulations really kill any attempt to Airbnb in some professional manner. The demand for Denver is so high right now, I do wonder about the nearby suburbs. I've always lived and hosted in the heart of the city, so I'd be interested in anyone else's perspective on this.
