I used noclassrooms.com which is thru Texas Tech. The platform was very user friendly and passed the State exam on first try . Good luck

I am part of the Austin and Houston MLS so if you let me know the criteria you are looking for I will surely send you some properties that may work. I also get off market deals from several wholesalers I know.

I'm James Cook REALTOR, I'm located in Houston, Tx . I have worked many Short Sales Fannie,Freddie and Hud Foreclosures with Investors.
