Hello Everyone,

I'm James Cook REALTOR, I'm located in Houston, Tx . I have worked many Short Sales Fannie,Freddie and Hud Foreclosures with Investors. I thought I would come join BP to learn and possibly do some deal for myself. I hope to gain some skills that will help myself and Investor Clients looking forward to all the knowledge.
