Post: How to reject an applicant for rent?

Tell the applicant that they need to apply through a tenant screening service that you should already be using.  They pay the fee to that co., and the company will tell if they recommend them.
Then follow the recommendation.

My wife, Jeanne and I are getting serious about flipping and rental homes.

We have flipped one and have 1 rental house now.  We now are wanting to do more.
