Does anyone have experience with the tax sale process in Birmingham, AL or Memphis, TN and the schedule that it takes place?  I am currently located in Nashville, TN and the tax sales have been flooded with investors that are bidding market prices for the properties. Are tax sales a viable option to purchase real estate in Birmingham or Memphis?

Hello! I am a Real Estate Investor from Nashville, TN. My primary focus is on multi-family rentals in the Middle Tennessee area and new builds for resale.
