Soo thank you for that!!  Being a person who finds suppression of violence a tedious daily annoyance- these issue you brought up ranks just under waiting for my daughters captor for things to do.  I know, we all like to play nice, but 'playing nice' is what creates the breeding ground for such huksters to sprout grow and thrive, and worse than the financial damage they do, they destroy the the most important moving force which is needed to take those first feeble steps forward into hopeful Financial Oppurtunity and Success- they destroy Trust. It is destroyed trust which has prevented me from even investigating worthy oppurtunities which have come my way. Tell me you have the way to never be poor again- and you could be shoving gold inguts in my pockets but will be doing it as i am walking away. Say, "No need for using your money"; "No Credit or bad credit as you will be using my money"  or any of the current buzz slogans of todays hype marketing- and I am gone.  One thing i have found in extreme plentiful bounty "Getting them to really prove what they say"  you may as well begin spooning down death valley sand, of all the challenges I have set out, never one to pick up the dare and do what I so fervently desire in most all thing  , the battle cry my wife has hated for 34 years-  "PROVE ME WRONG".  She says it sounds arrogant, but I am really pleading just for a simple favor, prove what I have said is wrong- so I can then change my opinion on a given matter and in that given matter not be operating on false data which will inevitably continue me screwing up.

  HOWEVER-  I am happy to say that these modern day huksters yelling "no money or credit of your needed, just use mine!!!"  has thrown me into meditation zone to the point I have a new reason to break my desperate need for just $500 per month to never again need to ration food from the 15th to the 3rd of the next month;  in afew weeks I should be able to have in print the format of a Corporation for Financial Assistance for those who Really are down and out- broke and truly suffering as a result, turned away from being Truly Assisted in obtaining their own financial means.  I can say this,  The first requirement will be, "Fair or Bad Credit'  with all the fine print bs which creates those numbers.  They will be taken in- and will be put on a path to where all the "Good Credit"  shiney rich credit report people are.  when they reach that point-  CLIP,  they are set free. well, as usual, w/life calls gotta go. will be back though. thanks for making me not feel so alone in that one thought.

FIRST OFF-  I am Furious.  But most importantly- It Is My Fault. Ultimately can't blame anyone else for poverty but oneself. But Truthfully- few things are lower in humanity than Rich People saying "Come to me instead of the bank, We'll help you 'achieve your dreams!!"  At this point,  I cannot imagine what it would take for me to hear or see the words;  FUNDING FOR FLIPPING ,  without volcanic bile painting my house.

They are totally Bait and Switch- holloring vageires and ensuring "we don't go by credit scores..." BUT THEY DO. If your credit score is determined by the data beneath it-  then,they most certainly do go by credit scores.

All the "webinar (sales pitch) of the "Guy who was right where you were..."  hear my struggle so you can bond with me and in the end channel your cash and effort my way, are in my opinion criminally immoral. Just get up there and say " You wanna get rich like me, make sure your credit score is XXX, and also make sure all the reporting stuff under it tells us XYZ , because then we will know that you financially belong in the struggle free zone, not down there with the people who are subject to our boot heels".  You may not sell alot (of BS and Product)  but at least your are telling the truth.  All of these, "oh I struggled so hard, I was at my wits end, you would never believe how broke I was..." coming from people who have really never; lost it all through medical disaster, theft, con, whatever, where you are disabled, living in the back of a moving van with your wife and children, wondering just how and where to find something to eat. Begins to sound like a huge Insulting joke.  i remember hearing the guy who peddles Renatus membership. Poor guy struggled so bad, lost so much, living high off the hog on a salary per year which in my best day would take 15 years to save up if I had no expenses. He almost lost his $500,000 home, he had to pawn his Gold Watch ! how horrid can life be to someone???   but hey- $1900 and you might be bale to be where I am, again, someday.  If only I could tie them down to pick any one years of my last 33, betting anything he wouldn't make it 6 without looking a a rope or loaded weapon or heavy traffic in far unimaginable ways.

(Ok, venting and bitching is done. Back to figuring out how to take my $150 per month discretionary cash I use for food, and get myself out of this pallet grinder called life.)  And I will, luckily under no condition will i become anything close to what they are in my eyes, maybe that is what this is all for.

Hi again!!  Wow, thank you all so much for all the great replies and nice things- did not expect a fraction of it seriously!  So thankful! Sorry I have not gotten back personally to al lof you, i will do my best because you all have contributed a uniqueness of things i have wondered about in this area or that.  Got kinda sideswiped by medical things, as well as small domestic issues like babysitting, but in crunch time they can get big kinda fast and hard. My wife is having shoulder rotator cuff completely repaired 95%- and due to her deteriorisation from dialysis and sepsis, I cannot think of a more perfect time to be throwing myself into flips ;  lol.  But she is a driving force behind it also.  So I will try to not be rude and answer you back asap.

  I kinda have an issue going on. hoping it get remedied tomarrow evening. but i had Fundingforflipping contact me, had me do the creditnav thing, told me they would get back to me the next day-  and they not only went dead silent, after 14 attempts of mine to contact them and they even promised to return the message or call-    totally ignored.  Never been dealt with like that by anybody.  my credit score is  664 according to my USAA printout, but credit nav has it about 20 points less- is it usual for 'softsites' to show lower scores than "Banks and hard sites?  because kredit karma has scores which do not agree with creditnav, but still lower than my bank.

Still, even with a low score- the total silence makes my skeptic son insist they are a scam and he is just waiting for me to 'loose my shirt again' trying to find some way to change my income future.

just tripping i guess.  Never thought of myself ever achieving "a million dollars"  in liquid capital or even real property, but I was talking with my wife and she says that for a 5 years goal, in this day and age that is probably lowballing it considering I don't have a fulltime job to dance around time wise.

54 white male, married 33 yrs 5 children 9 gkids. U S Army 11B vet 79-82, NG 82-84.  Disabled due to believing the harder I worked the better I would get paid, 3 back surgeries later- ended that. Working smarter became the new thing, but, never have quite figured that out- YET.

32 degree Freemason, very active. Soon joining National Association of Parlimentarians.

Wife is disabled with no kidneys and on home hemo dialysis, I am her tech/nurse/ do whatever I am told.  We home schooled our 5 kids, 2 of them worked, bought their own high school courses and finished 3 year programs in 9 months at 15, 1 went to college, the other worked until 17 then went into the army Airborne Infantry, 4 combat tours in Afghanistan, leaving for Iraq in afew months. He is why we moved here to Clarksville Tennessee, we came for a christmas visit, and what I saw of the Real Estate market really gave me a much needed reason to live instead of scratching to survive- we decided to sell our farm we had a bad rent to own person in- he had breached the contract in every possible way, for about 3 years, but we were busy battling in court saving our daughters from a cult they 'just knew god wanted them in', so we did not have the time money or location to fight with him- when I finally called him to tell him out- he announced, "but I sold it!"-   long story about me not knowing what I was doing and my $80k farm became my $0 20 year waste of time and sacrifice. So I decided I really got to learn how to make real and honest money.

 Speed up to the important reasons I am here. All I wanna do is Wholesale and Flip.  Credit score is 664, but due to my low income one small mistake tan take that into the ground really fast.

Spent today waiting for a promised return phone call from Funding for Flipping. Found what I think would be my best first deal ever. house auctioned on the 14th Feb. for $14k, had sign out on the door last week $24k Cash only.  Good house, history is forclosures 3 x, lowest high Appraisal is $61k 20 years ago; current moderate appraisal now $71k.  Rents due to the army base $600-$900.  So i am now trying to find the money to get the house and flip it at any prices between $35k-$50k and it would still be a great equity deal for any buyer. As much as i hate to, if F4F doesn't call me tomarrow by noon i will go to my awesome bank- but still a bank and hope they will give me the credit I need to secure this place and begin participating in this amazing market, and no more rationing food by the 15th of the month while my wife Drs. hound her for higher protein in her diet.  So much to learn so fast. Everybody has the silver bullet "Program"- but it takes money to learn how to make money I guess.

Oh I also have 5 dogs, ( I am stupid for dogs, had 13 once as people would drive by our farm and drop off fluffy when they felt like it)  and a cat.

Well, not to waste time and learn how to make my drive to work ferociously into something in the bank to reflect it.
