Mansi Kothari it looks to me like you might be missing somethings from your analysis or maybe I’m missing it. But I think you might want to account for insurance, taxes, snow removal, etc.

Thanks for sharing this information, I'm interested in a multifamily,water, gas and sewer and trash pick up are not paid by tenants. Trying to figure out how to pass some of these expenses on to the tenants

I would look at google maps too for local communities it will show businesses etc. close to or in communities.

Thanks for the update too  @Michael Seeker. I used to live in Lousiville, and so remember those houses on third and fourth street. If I read this thread correctly, it seems like you can't update the interior of the property. Does that include, wiring, etc. to make the property more accessible for today's technology needs.
