Thank you. Now I need to find partner. But if I want to do more than tax liens should I have different partner for wholesaling, and another partner for rehabbing ?

I'm learning about tax lien properties and want to know how can find money to pay the liens on some higher tax liens. Example $20,000 to $49,000 tax liens. Thanks in advance for you help. J
