I'm looking to start my career off as a wholesaler in Indiana but I am very confused on what contract to use. I looked in the "resources" and "fileplace" but there is so many contracts that I don't know which one to use.. Can someone show me the exact one to use for wholesaling and for general purchase.?

I'm new investor from Gary, Indiana looking to network with other investors in my area. If interested, please send me colleague request so that we cant reach out to one another.

Also, I'm looking to connect with Investors that attend my Local REIA. I plan on attending the next meeting April 9th.

So far i have been building a list of buyers and sellers that way i have end buyers when i start putting deals together also i have formed my entity, ReedInvestment, LLC
