Hi. I am in the DFW area and bought my first flip last year, and sold it early this year. I was wondering if anyone would recommend a good cpa who can help me file taxes - someone who understands real estate and can also work with first timers (Most are used to the big leagues lol). Thank you.

Thank you @Jason Wray. We completed foundation work. We are looking into adding a 2nd bathroom, some electric work and plumbing (because of 2nd bathroom) and cosmetic work. Would you be willing to point me in the direction where to go? Thank you.

Hi. Me again looking for guidance. We got a property to rehab and have a loan from hard money which is very expensive. Are there other lenders, even private who can refinance even though the property is still under renovation? Any examples or how do I find them? Just trying to find a cheaper rate. Lastly, have there been any spreadsheet templates shared for tracking expenses? I would not mind getting one and customizing it to fit my needs. Thank you.
