Can you recommend ways to find good contractors.

i am currently working on a wholesale and was trying to get all of the numbers, but the contractor i was working with got wrapped up in another project and i can't get ahold of him so i need someone to help get me the repair estimates  if interested send me a message 

Also use google to find a local Real Estate Investment Club so you can network. and any question you might have post it on the BP fourms you can get some great tips and advice.

I do wholesales as well find a good realtor or birddoger. make sure you let them know your looking for unlisted properties
