Wholesaling and Flipping in Virginia!

Hello, everyone,

My name is Kelly and I am new to BiggerPockets. I live in a small town in Shenandoah County, Virginia. I am very interested in getting started in Real Estate Investing, but as I'm sure you all understand, I am very nervous and I just don't know where to start! I am interested in the wholesale process, as well as the flipping, but do not have alot of money. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations on how to use hard money lenders and how they find good deals in their specific areas?
