Hi Mateus,

 I have a few questions up front. Have you mailed to these lists previously? What are the sizes of the lists? Do you consider this market hot? This info helps determine the type of mailer to use and also the positioning.

I would focus on your tax delinquent list first. This is a niche list that is likely to include more motivated sellers, whereas an equity list is far more general and less likely to have motivated sellers. Other examples of niche lists to check out include : code violation, driving for dollars, and senior lists.
