Added a bathroom, single car garage, new drains. Ended up great with about $78K profit

Mobile flip in east Las Vegas. Had some foundation issues so went from a perceived $26k profit down to about $16K

Ive sat in on a couple of their webinars. Seems like recruiting as I believe there is a $4800 yearly fee for access to deals and to be a key partner. Are these guys legit and doing deals with their "Key Partners"  Just looking for insight.  Thanks

I have heard that it is hard to get accurate lien info nationwide and to be careful when trusting data from providers claiming accurate tax lien and divorce data nation wide?
