Hey Nathan! Best of luck to you, I've done a couple of SFH and Multi Family Apartment deals in MO!

Oh wow, that stinks. I have a duplex in Shorewood that also is getting hammered with tax increases every year

Keep us posted on how your situation turns out!

Hey William,

Is this building for sale? Are you putting an offer in? You can always ask the broker or the manager

Oh, I simply mean, you wont be able to buy it for under market value, or you wont be able to buy it, fix it up and rent it

Both ways would make you instant equity

But Turnkey is usually a very simple straightforward process as long as you work with stellar companies

The midwest is always a solid place to start. Possibly checkout Kansas City MO, Memphis TN, and Indianapolis.

Hey Chad!

So are you looking for more of a wealth advisor / wealth coach?

Hey Richard, I bought a Turnkey last year in the Midwest in Missouri. Good experience as long as you pick a solid company to work with.

Down side is you cannot build your own equity into it and sometimes you need to be sure you arent overpaying AND that the neighborhood is a good one.

We worked with American Real Estate Investments (https://areiusa.com/) and got a solid property that cash flow about $200-$300/mo, nothing amazing but its super passive

Turnkey can be great if you are looking for somewhere to park your money and have it grow over time. Again, just be sure you dont fall for the super low priced properties in bad neighborhoods

I have since moved into Multi Family Apartment Syndication and raise investor funds.

Hey Adam!

There are a few courses you can take that cater to going after those in Preforeclosure, divorce, bankruptcy, etc. I would recommend taking those, although they do cost a bit

Otherwise, BP is FULL of knowledge on these topics, so browse the blogs, forums, etc. as much as possible

Checkout the book no money down investing on BP
