How to start out as a new investor with no money.
Hey!! My name is Adam, i’m 17 looking to get my foot in the door in Real Estate. Ive attended a few classes and have a basic understanding on things such as lease options, wholesale, foreclosures, etc. I have started putting out flyers, signs, and business cards to start generating leads that are “pre-market” so there is less competition. Is there anything that I can do to kind of boost my message so that I’m reaching these people that are going through financial hardships so that I can help them and create a win-win situation?
