Hey Kyle!

If you LLC is a sole proprietorship, it's pretty simple. You can transfer money straight from your business bank account to your personal. Just be sure to keep up with your bookkeeping

Love that you want to reinvest 80% of your income, quick lane to financial freedom!

Hey Summer! Glad to have you here!!

If you have the capital to finance a flip, you can definitely do it on your own if you want.

Otherwise, it doesn't hurt to find an investor :)

@Adam Knoblich Yes exactly. I agree

I have 3 duplexes here in MN and they all were reasonably priced, cash flow well and are in a good area, so I definitely understand what you mean and your thoughts.

Hmmm... Yeah you might need to branch outside to farther suburbs then!

I started out getting duplexes and SFH a couple of years ago, Last year I made the transition in Multi Family Apartment Complex Acquisitions and now my investment group raises private capital from investors, it's been great and I love working with others to accomplish mutual goals

Oh man, we just heard the Greensboro/Raleigh/Durham area is a pretty decent area and the weather is a heck of a lot better than up here in MN! Sick of the long winters haha

How long are you considering staying in NC?

Just sent you a message, might be easier to chat there

Nyan,

The seller is willing to finance the deal and wants to be paid off at year 5, when the buyer gets a new loan

Hope this helps!!

Elissa,

You can fire the PM if you are not happy with them, unless they have a clause in the their contract that states otherwise.

Did they sign the tenant to a year lease or is it month to month?
