hi Nicholas, I am an agent in Waco who graduated from Baylor and still live by campus. The best buy and hold opportunities are inside of 18th St. There are a couple nice value add properties including one 2/1 duplex that is listed for 99k.

hi David, I am an agent in Waco and I attended Baylor as a student. Student rentals typically offer 10 and 12 month rentals. Some students, typically younger, like the 10 month while older students tend to stay in Waco or come back to Baylor half way through the summer so they like the 12 month leases. Many students have already found leases for this fall but the next 2 months will be busy for leasing.
