I use Beaver and manage bookkeeping and tax prep but i think using CPA is a good option too.

I also know Bench and wonder if it is a good option. Maybe you can check it out too.

@Ramy Man Yea i use Cozy for rent payment and Beaver for property management and accounting.  Both are great.

I think the valuation for some areas. Capital cost is too high and it is difficult to predict the up side in any big city. I am interested in other states but it is not easy to invest without knowing the market there.

It is very difficult. I have been learning a lot myself to evaluate properly on my own but it is still very hard.

Luckily I have some friends I can go ask but I think the best way is to find someone you can trust.... I know its not an answer but thats what i did...

I am doing bookkeeping for my rental business and am interested in flipping business but can you bookkeep flipping business by yourself?

Of course you can always ask CPA to do everything but it is not cheap to hire them monthly and also I want to learn myself if I can do it.

Is there any special software for flipping business or do you use Quickbooks or something?

I would appreciate if BP users can share your experiences.
