Hi, there! I’ve owned some properties for a while, and they all rent out. But now I’ve got a problem. It ‘s too hard to track every rent payment cuz these rooms are rented out to different tenants. Some of them pay me check, some with cash and some use online payment. We can’t find the same way to deal with rent payment. Is there a better way to track all my rent payments? And probably a management software on my phone?… Any Suggestions?

@Michael Lee, it depends on how many 'doors' you have going on there.   ;-)  I would use NOTHING but electronic/online payments.  Easier to track.  I use ChaseQuikpay as it is free both parties.

And Excel is my friend.  ;-)
