Jason Jastillana - thanks for the insight! I'be mainly been looking in Plainfield recently. I have a friend who's a realtor and she's shown me a few places with potential. I'm still getting a feel for it myself. Louise Alexander - ha...yeah I've heard that a few times now. I guess that's the trick, huh? Finding someone trustworthy. Thanks for the tips! Eric M. - I would love to meet up and chat! Meeting investors in this area seems to be few and far between.

I'm at the very beginning stages of considering a flip and am basically looking for some direction/possible recommendations for contractors in Indiana. I'm just putting a list of contacts together for the future so I'm not to the hiring phase yet (not even close) etc. Just curious to see if I can find a little direction here. 

Also looking to connect with agents as well as wholesalers and potential private investors in my area. Indianapolis, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Danville Indiana.

Hi all! I'm Jake, I'm literally just starting out. I've been trying to educate myself as much as possible over the passed few months. Learning terminology and niches etc.. (mainly here on bigger pockets) I'm located in Avon, IN. I would be more than happy to see if I could somehow add some value to someone near me to bounce ideas off of and simply soak up as much as I can in exchange for whatever I may be able to assist in so that I can start taking action in a dedicated direction.
