I am in Wichita, KS and currently have a few rental properties but am beginning the process to significantly expand.  I'm looking forward to networking with the BP community and learning from all of the seasoned investors here.

@John Henderson good to see you as well.  I've got a few realtor contacts I could push your way, always working on more.  BP seems to be a great resource!  I've decided to grow my 2 rental portfolio significantly over the next few years so you will see more of me.  If you need any help with anything on your first property let me know.  I've got subs for anything and everything and some good contacts in the property management world if you want to hold it.
